CAREER OPPORTUNITY
Dutch-Bangla Bank, a reputed and leading joint-venture private commercial bank, is looking for a group of bright, talented, proactive and energetic fresher willing to accept challenging banking career for the following posts:
1) Management Trainee Officer (MTO)
a) Educational Qualification: Masters in any discipline with minimum 3 (three) 1st division/ class having no 3 division/ class in any of the examinations.
b) Other Requirements: The candidate should have the willingness to work in any location within the country.
c) Compensation & Benefits: The selected Management Trainee Officer (MTO) will be on probation for a period of 1 (one) year with a monthly consolidated salary of Tk.55,000/- Only. They will be absorbed in the rank of 'Senior Officer' of the bank after successful completion of the probation period.
2) Trainee Officer (TO)
a) Educational Qualification: Masters in any discipline with minimum 2 (two) 1" division/ class having no 3 division/ class in any of the examinations.
b) Other Requirements: The candidate should have the willingness to work in any location within the country specially in Upazila.
c) Compensation and Benefits: The selected Trainee Officer (TO) will be on probation for aperiod of 1 (one) year with a monthly consolidated salary of Tk.28,000/-Only. After successful completion of the probation period, their salary will be fixed as per Bank's policy.
General Requirements:
• The candidate should be a Bangladeshi National.
• Age should not exceed 30 years (maximum 32 years for the children of Freedom Fighters) as on March 25, 2020.
• Eligible candidates can apply for only one post mentioned above and if any duplication is found, candidature of the applicant for all posts will be cancelled without assigning any reason.
For GPA/CGPA, the Division/ Class will be determined as under:
* Average of best 6 subjects in O' Level and 3 subjects in A' Level.
